COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

As the World Health Organization is now calling Coronavirus a pandemic and cases are beginning to appear locally, Loudoun Clear Marketing is taking steps to protect the health of our employees, while continuing to serve our clients’ needs. We’re confident that the steps we’re taking will ensure business continuity while protecting our team, and - as always - we thank you for your trust in us. 


We’re following the recommendations of health professionals and have instituted these precautionary measures: 


  • As we’re largely a cloud-based, telecommuting firm, we’ve asked our team members to exclusively telecommute for the next few weeks. 
  • We’ve cancelled all in-person meetings and networking events, instead relying on video conferencing, phone calls and emails.
  • We’re encouraging our team to steer clear of crowds and avoid travel.
  • We’ve asked team members to let us know if they begin to exhibit any symptoms of sickness and keep us apprised of their health, as well as they can, both because we love our team and also so that other team members can assist them with business-critical tasks.

We continue to monitor the local situation as well as directives from the World Health Organization and national resources, and will follow the advice of health officials, adapting this plan as the situation changes. You will not see interruption in service. The only changes you should see are in the frequency of in-person meetings, which should be replaced by some other form of contact such as videochats. We know just as we’re preparing our team, you’re preparing yours, and stand ready to help you with your internal communications, should you need it.
